I’m sorry, but it’s not for anyone in my opinion. I just can’t see this working.

The software will post videos to your Facebook page, yes, but I don’t believe it will bring you any traffic, let alone sales.

This could only work with experienced marketers with huge FB followings. And if they are experienced, they won’t want this software, lol.

The first thing you’ll see when accessing your dashboard is this…

You need to listen to the welcome video for a brief walkthrough of the software.

Then I would recommend you watch all the training tutorials to get fully acquainted with the system.

What Is Surge – This is a 10 overview of Surge, showing you everything the software can do for you.

Import Your Facebook Account – A quick video showing you how to integrate your Facebook account into the system.

Introducing TikTok – If you haven’t used this platform yet, this quick video shows you what it does.

YouTube Video/Carousel/Slideshow Posts – These 3 videos will show you how to create each of the 3 different types of posts you can use on your Facebook page.

Post To Your Blog Website – This video will teach you how you can add your posts to your own website.

Live Post With custom Overlay – You can add custom overlays to your live posts for more attention-grabbing visuals.

For Your Support – Shows you how you can access support when you need it.

Import Facebook

The first thing you’ll need to do is set up your Facebook account within the software.

That way, when you’ve created one of the different styles of posts, it will be easy to publish to your Facebook page.

Video Post

When you click on any of the post tabs, the first thing that will pop up is this…

As you can see, you have a choice to find videos from TikTok or from YouTube. I

t’s nice to be able to use YouTube as well, but seeing as how this software is meant to use TikTok, try using this choice first.

Next, you’ll type in which keyword you’d like the software to use, to bring up all the relevant videos for you.

A drop-down menu allows you to choose:

• Most loved
• Most shared
• Most commented

And you can choose from 10,20, … up to 50 results at once.

The software will then pull up any relevant videos to your keyword…

I laughed when I saw these results… The first one is a friend of mine that works on the same platform as I do, lol. Her name is Grace…

Now you can which video you want to use by looking at the stats at the top of each one, and click configure.

A popup screen will open so you can enter all your details.

The training will have shown you exactly what to do for each of these areas.

You’ll notice that the system generates a suggested description for you that you can copy and paste into your FB post description area.

There is also a “Spintax” tool that will spin the content to make it unique.

You have a choice of many languages to post it in, which is great for local sharing.

When you click “publish” it will automatically generate your post and add it to the “Page for App Test”. You will find this in the history section.

In the history tab, you’ll see that the software shortened the link for you using Bit.ly. Click on the app test to see if you like what you see.

If you do, simply click on the Facebook icon to have the software automatically post it for your page.

Blog Post

You can also share the video on your website as a blog post…

Again, you can copy/paste the suggested description, though I highly recommend you write your own description in your own words.

Slideshow/Carousel Post

The slideshow option allows you to upload images from Flickr or Pixabay. Choose several images to create a slideshow or carousel for your FB page.

Statistics

This section shows you all the different statistics you’ve received for each campaign. This is a great way to see what’s working and what’s not for you.

History

This is where all your campaign are listed after you’ve clicked “published”. It will show you:

• The campaign name you assigned to it.
• The category
• The status (date created)
• Social sharing platform links

My Concerns

Oh boy, where do I begin…

Concern #1 – Hyped Up Sales Page

Wow, the income claims on the sales page are ridiculous! I’m sorry, but there’s just no way you’ll be making money with this software, even if you buy the upgrades.

If you’re new to online marketing, you might believe all that’s being shared, but please… it’s all hype!

The examples they show of people getting paid on TikTok are super famous people. OF COURSE, they’re getting paid. They are influential and businesses will pay them big bucks for representing them.

It has absolutely nothing to do with you or this software.

Concern #2 – Traffic?

Even if you could generate a little traffic, it’s not targeted. What I mean is that it’s not the sort of traffic that will be interested in purchasing your products.

For one thing, you’re taking someone else’s video. It has their face on it, their brand, and their message.

What has that got to do with your own brand and own offer? It’s ridiculous really…

Concern #3 – Who’s Your Audience?

These videos are shared on your own Facebook page. So who is your following? The only way this could potentially work is if you already have a huge audience who might want to view it.

But the problem is, if you have a huge following, it’s because you’ve been working as an online marketer for some time already, and have your own brand going.

People are there for you, not some other face on the video, sharing something different from what you usually share.

This could actually backfire on you, lol. Your loyal fans won’t want to see random stuff on your page that’s not even created by you or talking about your brand.

On the flip side, if you’re a newbie with only close friends or family following you, you certainly won’t get much traffic or sales. In fact, they might tell you off… lol.

Concern #4 – Spintax?

The software will generate descriptions for you based on the descriptions it finds on TikTok or YouTube.

They then suggest you copy and paste it into your own description, then spin it to make it unique.

Have you ever tried to spin an article? It usually ends up sounding ridiculous as it takes the nouns and verbs, and switches them out with different words.

Often times it’s no longer readable.

Concern #5 – Unstable Platform

The owners may be working on this, but when the software was first released, it kept crashing or freezing up. It simply didn’t work.

I know this can happen with anything online, but this should have been thoroughly tested before released.

It just has me wondering how invested the owners are in maintaining this system in the long run…

Concern #6 – Copyright Laws?

The software tells you that videos with copyrights can’t be shared on Facebook. Which is true.

So this means that the videos it’s pulling for you are creative commons videos. These tend to be the bottom of the barrel.

And that’s because any decent video created by a brand will not be able to be used by others, for other purposes.

I don’t believe this system will work for anyone. If you have experience and a huge following already, why would you even need this software?

Sure, you can get videos posted to your Facebook page, but then what? What would these videos have to do with an affiliate product you’re promoting? Right… nothing!

Is Surge a scam?   No, but close…

Would I recommend it?   No

I’m sorry, but the income claims these owners promise are ridiculous and I really believe this will be a waste of money for you.

If you truly want to learn how to make money online, you need to create your own business and learn the ropes from the beginning.

This way you’re building something of worth, with longevity and a potential passive income.
