But what is the Digital Income System? Is this a legit way to make an online income, or is it just a big-ticket scam?

That’s a great question, and I’m so happy to see you here, researching this expensive product before purchasing.

I’ve seen so many convincing reviews that it’s the next best thing to come out, but it’s usually reviewed by very successful marketers who have huge email lists and lots of money to throw around.

So what does this mean for people like you? Are you new to online marketing? Is this a safe investment?

This is why I wanted to write an honest review of what type of system this really is.  No hype, no lies. Just truth!

I will show you what to expect, how it works, and if it’s right for you. By the end of my review, you’ll be able to make an educated decision about buying in or not.

This is considered a high-ticket product where you are selling digital online education. The system comes with the training, the traffic generation system, the selling system, the text message and email software.

They claim you’ll get thousands sent to your home each week, with only 4 minutes of work per week on your part.

The website was registered in April 2018. The real owners are unknown.

Who Is This System For?

This system is for experienced marketers only. If you’ve already mastered how to earn a huge and loyal following, you might do well promoting this system.

But… if you’re new to this industry, please don’t expect this system to be your magic ticket to riches. Can I suggest that if you don’t know what each of the above modules means, then you’re not ready for this product.

There is much more involved with making this kind of money than what they would have you believe.

That being said, if you have disposable income to buy-in, and a very healthy advertising budget to promote the system, you might do OK.

But I’d hate to see you invest thousands of dollars on just their “vision”. It’s a very risky venture.

The owners, or those at the top of the pyramid, are making a lot of money from people like you buying in.

This doesn’t mean you will get rich too. Chances are this will be a very expensive lesson learned.

Please keep in mind that this is a “pay-to-play” pyramid style marketing business. I’ll explain this further down for you.

How Does It Work?

This product would certainly be considered a high-ticket business opportunity. But unless you’ve done some research, you wouldn’t have known that from their sales page.

The sales page says they are a fully-automatic system for generating online income.

They say they’ve torn down the common barriers that stop people from achieving success online. This is true in the sense that they offer a platform with all the tools integrated into one place.

But it’s not as simple as that! If you’re new to the online marketing industry and haven’t yet mastered how to create a loyal following, you’ll be spending thousands on paid advertising.

They tell you that you can easily make $500 to $12,500 or more, for each prospect that signs up. And your money is mailed to your home each week.

He claims there’s no learning curve like all other systems make you go through. All you have to do is leverage a one-time payment, and the system does everything on your behalf.

Sounds too good to be true, doesn’t it?

It’s all a little misleading when they say their system automatically finds qualified prospects. All it does is encourage anyone who clicks open your emails, to call the number so a salesperson can convince them to buy.

And you can bet that this salesperson says all the right things. They will work hard to sell the “vision” of the system. They’ll say things like:

• This system has amazing income potential.
• The system is set up for your success.
• All the capture and landing pages are done for you.
• You don’t need to know anything technical.

At the end of the phone call, he or she will have you believe that all you have to do is “press go” and you’ll automatically be making thousands of dollars.

They go on to say that all you have to do is use their traffic sources, send traffic to your DIS (Digital Income System) site, and they do the rest.

Um… Do you know how expensive this traffic will be?

I have read reviews where people have paid out another couple of thousands on traffic, gotten over 700 leads, and still made no money!

The sales closer will have you believe that with the number of people looking for a way to make money online, that you and everyone else will jump at an opportunity like this.

But did you know that people are getting harder to convince these days? Many of your prospects will have been burned by one scam or another, and won’t be easily convinced. Especially when it’ll cost them thousands.

A successful online marketer has to work hard to earn their follower’s trust before they’ll even consider what you’re promoting.

Have you created a loyal following via a YouTube channel or a successful website? If you’re new to online marketing and are starting without an email list, you will have difficulty with this. You’re basically “cold calling”.

This means that you’re sending your ad to total strangers, who know nothing about you, and hoping they’ll sign up.

Good luck with that, lol.

The system works in 3 steps:

#1: Lead Generation

Using their traffic sources, with just one phone call a week, you can send people (buy traffic) to the website that they build for you.

OK, it’s not really a website so much as a landing page.

#2: Engage Your Leads

When your lead (person who clicked open your email) goes so far as to ask for their phone call, their sales team takes over to close the deal.

#3: You Get Paid

Each time they close a deal, you will get paid your commission in the form of a cheque, sent to your doorstep.

What Am I Buying?

You are basically buying a business opportunity.

You choose a level to enter, from $1K to $25K. In order to make it “legal”, the level you purchased will have some digital training on topics such as:

• Mindset
• Personal development
• Traffic training
• Social Media
• Video training
• Etc, etc.

The exact lessons are listed above.

Personally, I think this is all extremely overpriced for what you’re getting.

But their focus is on you making high commissions from people paying these extreme prices for this system.

The big issue is that this is simply rehashed information that’s already available online for much less, or even free.

Everything is done for you from a selling perspective. All that’s required from you is traffic. And if you don’t have a huge email list, you’ll be spending a lot more money on advertising, Solo Ads, etc.

Bonuses

#1: They will also entice you to purchase at least the $3K level or higher by saying they’ll upgrade you to the next higher level’s commission payment.

#2: The have a traffic rotator to provide you with free traffic. This means that the higher a level you purchase, the more times your name can be entered into this rotator to have traffic sent to your landing page.

Saturation?

Like anything that’s pre-made for you, and used over and over again by the members, the market gets saturated with the same sales funnel.

The 3 or 4 lead capture and landing pages get sent out to millions of email boxes or posted to social media.

It doesn’t take long for people to simply ignore these ads because they’ve seen it many times before.

What Am I Selling?

You are selling the same opportunity that you bought. The opportunity to make large commissions.

The sales funnel is done for you, so that when one of your prospects phones the number given to them, the sales team tries to convince them to buy. (Just like they did with you).

So you see, it’s not about selling excellent training courses or tools, it’s for the OPPORTUNITY to make a lot of money.

The only true purpose of this system is to be an affiliate of the system itself!

Is This A Pyramid Scheme?

That’s an excellent question. In my opinion, YES. Or possibly an MLM, cash gifting, or Ponzi scheme?

And this is why I believe this…

The Compensation Plan

Let’s say you choose to enter the 2nd level – Director Level for $3000. That means you can make a maximum of $1500 commission on any recruitment of a new affiliate.

But… what if your recruitment buys the Ambassador level for $12,000? That’s a commission of $6000 that’s generated.

You would still only qualify for $1500, and the remaining $4,500 is paid to the first higher affiliate in your upline.

• If the next higher affiliate is a Professional, who qualifies for $2500, they’ll get $1000 ($2500 – $1500 already paid out).
• The system keeps searching for upline for a higher member (Ambassador or Executive) for the remaining $3,500.
• And so on up the line…

Are you confused yet? If you are, this is a typical MLM scheme!

So Who’s Making Money With This?

Like any pyramid scheme, the person or persons at the top of the pyramid are getting rich. Or in this case, the owners of Digital Income System!

They are pocketing 50% of all the fees paid in. Those who entered fairly soon after this system launched have probably recouped what they’ve paid in, and have profited.

But the longer this system lasts, the fewer people join in, and it gets harder to make your money back, let alone profit.

All the lower members of the pyramid will start losing out as the entire system dies down. And this will die down over time.

They all collapse eventually, and those unlucky affiliates who’ve joined just before, lose all their money!

Refunds, Support & The FCC

Nowhere on their site do they offer any refunds of the money you paid in. Once you’ve paid your membership amount, it’s gone.

My biggest concern here is that the salesperson who is trying to close the deal will be very persuasive.

I have heard, time and time again, how someone was convinced that they’d make a lot of money, only to find out the system doesn’t work for them.

Did the recruit get a loan to pay for their membership fee? Now what?

This person has a loan to pay off with no additional income to help, or even worse, default on their loan and ruin their credit rating.

I have no knowledge of the support other than what I’ve researched online. There are a few reviews who state they aren’t getting responses from support. So that’s another concern.

This system used to be called “The Big Profit System”. They’ve now changed their name to “Digital Income System”.

This tells me that the first pyramid collapsed, and now they’re trying to make more money with a new pyramid.

Do you remember a business called MOBE and Digital Altitude Aspire? They were the same money-making opportunity systems, but the authorities caught up to them and closed them down.

When a business is all about investing in levels, and it’s closed-looped (meaning it just keeps reselling the same system) with no real products, it’s breaking all the rules. The FCC will eventually shut them down!

Pros

• Opportunity to make large commissions
• Sales closer
• All you do is send traffic (for a cost)

Cons

• Very Expensive
• No refunds
• No skills are being taught
• Salespeople pressure you to purchase more than you can afford
• Big possibility of losing money
• The pyramid will eventually collapse
• No long term business opportunity

Final Thoughts And Recommendations

These types of systems come and go. And so will this one! The owners have probably made big bucks at launch time, and for a few months afterwards because it’s something new.

But it’s been over a year, and people are wising up. I’m sure the sales have been slowing already and all those poor souls who invested in a membership, are losing their money.

And not only do you NOT own your own business, but it can be taken from you in a moment’s notice!

Is Digital Income System a scam?  Legally, no. In my opinion, yes!

Would I recommend it?  NO

This just isn’t a safe way to make money online. There’s no longevity to this type of system and the risk of you losing all your money is high.

If you truly want to earn a passive income that can secure your future, you must learn how to build it on a strong foundation that will last.

You need to learn from the ground up and build something that is unique to you. This will be your own business that no one can take from you.

It represents who you are, and shows your visitors that you truly care about their problems. The advice and solutions you offer are what will make you successful.
