ProfitDrive Review. Will It Still Be Here Next Year?

Do you need extra storage for all your files, videos, images, and any business-related hosting needs? If you’ve been searching for an affordable way, you’ve probably come across this product.

Welcome to the ProfitDrive review. I am so glad to see you doing some research before purchasing anything.

I’m sure you’d like to know if this is legit or just some other scam floating around.

Let’s go inside to see what it is, how it works, and if it’s what you expect.

I’ll share with you my opinions and concerns, so that by the end of this review you’ll be able to make an informed decision, OK?

What Is ProfitDrive?

This software allows you to upload unlimited files to a cloud hosting service for a one-time fee.

It was created by Radu Hahaianu and his team. It was launched on Warrior Plus on July 20th, 2020.

Who Is This Software For?

I believe this could be used by anyone, whether for personal or business needs. It’s very easy to use and provides you with storage for a one-time low price.

That being said, you should be cautious.

This is a new service with no proven track record. There’s no way to know if it will be around for the long term.

To be on the safe side, you should upload your files to another storage device. That way you won’t lose anything if they should ever take this software down.

How Does It Work?

This new product allows you to store, backup, share and host unlimited files in the cloud, for a one-time fee.

You can now say goodbye to Dropbox and Google Drive’s monthly subscriptions.

Wow, no hype so far! That’s good…

OK, so let’s see what else the sales page says…

With this software you can:

• Get end to end encryption to protect you and your files.
• Backup all your files, photos, videos & documents.
• Host all of your website’s data including images and graphics.

You can store all your files in 3 simple steps:

Step #1: Drag and drop your files into the cloud app.

Step #2: Watch as ProfitDrive securely stores all your files on its servers.

Step #3: Access and share your files from anywhere in the world.

They go on to say that instead of taking risks with other, expensive, cloud options or not saving your files at all, you should allow them to give you the best of both worlds.

But this raises some questions! Keep reading to my concerns below…

This software is:

• User-friendly
• Newbie-friendly
• Supported by an industry-leading support team
• Using a first-ever compression algorithm that loads smaller and faster

At the bottom of that page is where I found more details. You can store unlimited files, but up to a 250GB storage limit and 250GB/mo bandwidth.

You would have to purchase upgrades if you need more storage!

Let’s see if the product does what it promises…

Member Area/Dashboard

When you access your dashboard, this is what you’ll see…

I will show you screenshots of each area so that you know what it looks like inside, but to see how the software works, please watch the demo video below.

What you’re seeing is the review access of this product, and you’re seeing various files that other people have uploaded.

My Drive

This is what you see in the image above. It’s all the files you upload to the cloud.

These files can be sorted by:

• Direction – Ascending or Descending
• Size
• Name
• Last Modified
• Upload Date
• Type
• Extension

This is where you can also create new folders, as well as upload files or folders from your own device.

Shared with Me

This section is where you would view files shared from other ProfitDrive users. There was nothing here for my review, but it would look like the image above.

Recent

This tab would be handy if you’re working with a team. You would be able to see everything uploaded according to the date for easier access.

With being able to allow access, this is where you would enter their email addresses as well as determine what they’re allowed to do…

There is another drop down menu here that allows you to:

• Get a shareable link
• Remove star
• Move to…
• Rename
• Make a copy
• Download
• Delete

Starred

This section will show only those files you’ve starred as important (or for whatever reason you chose to star). It also has the same drop down menus as the section above.

Trash

When you choose to delete a file, it shows up in this section…

This gives you the opportunity to restore the file to your drive, or to permanently delete it.

Support Desk

When you click on this tab, it immediately pulls up your email so you can ask for support.

What Is This?

At the lower-left corner of the screen shows the total size of your uploaded files. But what I saw was 311.7 of 1 TB used…

I’m assuming this review access is to an upgraded version providing unlimited storage. But 1 TB is not considered unlimited, is it?

I have emailed support for clarification on this, and haven’t heard back yet. I’ll return and update this review when I get a reply, OK?

My Concerns

I have no concerns with the software itself. It appears to be good quality and allows you to upload many files documents videos etc. with ease.

Another thing I appreciated was the fact that there was no hype on the sales page. The owners simply stated what the product was and what you could do with it.

But I do have some concerns that I would like to share with you…

Concern #1 – Unlimited Uploads?

As I mentioned above, the sales page mentioned you get unlimited uploads with your account.

Unfortunately, they did not state that your storage limit was 350 GB which could pose a problem for those needing a large storage capacity.

When going through the upsell’s, I discovered the Pro version claim to give you unlimited uploading and storage capabilities.

But when looking at my dashboard, it still showed a total of 1 TB.

So I’m not really sure what’s going on there. I emailed support but haven’t heard back yet.

Concern #2 – One Time Payment?

This type of thing always raises a red flag for me.

Yes, there are charges to use larger accounts with Dropbox or Google Drive, but that’s because they have to pay for support staff, maintenance, and other requirements when running a business.

Wouldn’t this type of service have similar costs? Will there be upgrades?

How are they going to pay for these costs if this product does not provide continuing sales?

There’s always a concern about how long a service like this will be running before the owners decide to take it down.

Concern #3 – Video Player?

There seems to be another discrepancy about the video player. They talk about it on the sales page and it was included in the review access.

But according to the upsell information, you would need to buy upsell #1 to get the video player.

Just more confusing details that don’t line up with the sales page.

• Requires first upsell for optimal use.
• Will this be sustainable in the long run?

Final Thoughts And Recommendations

This product looks like a great deal for the one-time price. But if you were to purchase it, please backup your files to another storage device just in case.

As I said, there’s no way to know if this will be sustainable for the long run…

Is ProfitDrive a scam?   No

Would I recommend it?   Cautious Yes

I only say cautious because this is a new service with no proof it can be sustained in the long run. And I’m still not sure what they mean by unlimited storage.

If you have the need for personal storage or run a small online business that needs hosting for your sales funnels and products, then this could be a cheap alternative for you.
