The Kartel Review – Ignoring This Will Cost You Money!

The Kartel Review

Have you heard about making money with paid advertising? It’s a real thing, especially with video advertising.

The costs of placing ads on YouTube are significantly lower than Google’s search engine, at least for now. And many people are leveraging this difference.

If you’ve been searching for a way to learn this, you’ve most likely come across Kartel. And I’ve written the Kartel review to show you all the pros and cons of this product.

And I’m happy to see you researching this product before jumping in. The front end price is cheap, but the upsells aren’t, lol.

I’m sure you’ve seen all the “positive” reviews offering you tons of bonuses, but that’s just to persuade you to buy. I won’t be offering you any bonuses. Just the truth about what’s inside, how it works, and if it’s something you should consider.

Hopefully, by the end of my review, your decision to buy, or not, will be easy to make.

And if you’d like to learn how to create your own business, without paid advertising, come and see where I learned to build my own passive income.

Who Is This System For?

does the bonus package make it worth it

This software and training are for people who wish to learn how to place Google in-stream ads on those YouTube channels that are yet “untapped”. Meaning they get a lot of quality traffic but are underexposed. This way, you can use “penny clicks” (low-cost keywords) to attract traffic to your high ticket offers.

You also don’t need to be on camera for your offers.

You’ve probably seen many of these in-stream ads when watching videos on YouTube. If you don’t know what an in-stream ad is, it’s defined by IAB as:

“Played before, during or after the streaming video content that the consumer has requested (Pre-roll, Mid-roll, Post-roll). These ads cannot typically be stopped from being played (particularly with pre-roll) but can sometimes be skipped.”

This software makes creating these ads easy to do, but it’s not without its downside. I feel that you would need at least the first upsell to make it profitable.

It will also take time and effort to actually start making money. It’s never as easy as they say!

You should also be aware that there’s the chance you could lose money. If people continue to click on your ads, yet don’t purchase the offer, you are still paying for those clicks. That’s the risk you take with paid advertising.

How Does It Work?

shows you how to create in-stream ads

This is yet another product launched by Brendan and Jono. These are what I call “serial launchers”, lol. They release something new almost every month if not more.

Some I’ve reviewed, such as:

Their products are well-made and decent, yet they always seem to have sales pages that are over-the-top, lol.

There are the usual exaggerations that appeal to those people desperately looking for a way to make money online. And even though their products may work, they have their customers believing promises that can’t be met.

A Few Exaggerations

#1: 24/7 Income Stream, Without Expenses

Yes, once you place an ad, it’s there for as long as you keep it there, and works 24/7. But without expenses?? I’m afraid this is a lie!

Google Ads cost money!! They may be penny clicks, depending on your keyword choice, but it still costs you so much per click.

The training will show you how to find the lowest cost keywords, targeted to the right audience, but there’s still a cost.

#2: Traffic On Demand, Make $5K This Month

Wow! Wouldn’t that be awesome!

And sure, it’s possible, but probably not for a newbie to this type of advertising. If you already have some experience with this, then Kartel would make the entire process much easier.

But if you’re a beginner, please don’t assume you can make that kind of money in the beginning.

Don’t forget, the product creators are very experienced with online MMO (make money online) strategies, so of course, their results will be amazing!

As a beginner, there’ll be a learning curve and lots of testing before you come up with ads that convert that well.

#3: The World’s First Automated Software

OK, this is a stretch. Every marketer out there likes to say that their product is the first-of, haha. But is it really?

I’d like you to take a look at another product, called TubeSift. Granted, it’s a much more professional system that will cost you much more money, but it’s been around since 2015.

There’s also another WarriorPlus product called TubeTarget that was released in May 2019.

Both these products do about the same things, but Kartel is the cheapest upfront, before upsells.

#4: Beginner Friendly?

They say it’s easy for anyone to set up. The software is designed to do a lot of research work for you. But…

It’s still going to have a steep learning curve for beginners.

Anyone who has done this before knows how much testing is involved to find those profitable keywords. It doesn’t “just” happen… well, usually…

But once you get the hang of it, and use those high-ticket offers, you could make some decent money.

OK, now let’s look at the actual software…

The Software Inside…

The front end product for $16.95 is both a software and training system. It focuses on two elements:

  • Traffic – the software searches for YouTube channels according to the keywords you choose. It looks for those relevant channels that get a lot of quality traffic, yet are “underexposed”. This means that your advertising click costs should be less than $.20 per click.
  • Monetization – the software creates Adword static pages where you place your high-ticket webinar offer.

When you’re inside, you have access to all the training and links.

kartel has many oto's

The link to access the software is under the “Overview” video. Once inside, you can start by finding keywords for your ads.

NOTE: If you purchase the “Done For You” upsell, you have access to 5 pre-loaded DFY high-ticket webinars for you to choose from. They include:

  1. Brendan & Jono Webinar 1
  2. Brendan & Jono Webinar 2
  3. Paul Nicholls & Anthony Mancuso
  4. Greg Kononenko & Stefan Ciancio
  5. John Crestani Super Affiliate System (my review)

If you choose to use just the front end product, the training will show you how to find and upload these high ticket webinars.

For this review, we’ll use John Crestani, so if you type in his name, it will bring up a bunch of keyword suggestions.

kartel has a keyword search tool

Next, you can search for monetized videos. Enter your keyword into the search bar to bring up all YouTube videos about John Crestani.

It will show you data like views, likes and comments. You can choose as many or all the videos, and add them to your list.

software will find monetized videos

Now you want to find the monetized channels. Because this high ticket offer is about affiliate marketing, you’re looking for channels whose niche is “affiliate marketing”.

The software will show you the “less popular” channels with high traffic. This is how you keep the click cost low!

These channels will have a targeted following who are interested in this niche.

Again, choose as many or all of them, and click “add all” to add them to your list.

these channels are under-exposed

Under the Campaigns tab, you’ll go to your Campaign Manager. Type in the campaign name of your choice, and add it to your list of campaigns.

naming your campaigns

Next, you’ll need to add a new “Money Page” to your campaign. This is where you’ll create your ad. You can create your own landing page with an intro video and affiliate link to the high ticket offer (John Crestani’s webinar, in this case).

The software has everything you need to create your landing page.

  • Give your project a name.
  • Add your headline (which can be copied from the webinar page itself)
  • Select the webinar video you want to use.
  • Add an intro video (optional). You can create your own or use a video made by the webinar owner. (John Crestani offers many videos for his affiliates to use…)
  • Create your call to action button with text, colour, and add your affiliate link. (You need to get this from your Clickbank account)

landing page with tracking pixels

Notice how each money page also has all the legal disclosures required, at the bottom of the ad.

The training will also go through how to set up your Google campaigns.

I usually never recommend buying upsells until you’ve tested the upfront product first. And regardless of them saying it’s a one-time offer, it never is. You always have the opportunity to buy them inside.

But unfortunately, the first upsell is more or less necessary. The main product only gives you 20 searches per month and 5 money pages.

This is actually very limiting for a month. And they know this. It’s how they can persuade you to buy the first upsell.

You will go through those 20 searches very quickly, and no more opportunities to find what you need until the next month.

My Concerns

some problems to consider with Kartel

Your Ad Is Hosted On 3rd Party Website

One of the things this product boasts is you’re not needing your own domain or website. It’s true, you don’t, but when people click on your ad, they see an “app-Kartel” URL address. This is a 3rd party offsite website and can be manipulated by users.

For example, the URL they see will end with something like “view.php?id=350“. All they need to do is change the last 3 digits to another number, to view a different webinar offer.

If that person purchases the product, you end up paying for the advertising cost of that ad.

The Links Aren’t Automatically Uploaded In Google Ads

Now, I’m not sure that could even be done, but when you’re in your Google account, you can still only upload one link at a time from your Kartel list.

This takes as much time as allowing Google to search and you uploading links from their own list of videos.

Scary Reviews

Whenever a new product is launched, there’s a flurry of “positive” reviews by its affiliates. They tend to recap the sales page without even testing the product. They offer oodles of extra bonuses, hoping to entice you to buy.

Beware all reviews offering you tons of extras. If the product was so good, they wouldn’t need these extras, right?

Then, after some time, you start to see more honest reviews and customer comments. In this case, there are a few scary ones out there.

This is often what happens with serial product creators… They have so many products out there, that they can’t, or won’t, follow through with their promises of support.

They usually create something, make big money when it’s launched, then leave it and go on to the next one.

Many people find that their emails are never answered, and have difficulties with any requested refunds.

Clickbank is one of the few platforms that refund the customers directly. Other affiliate networks, like WarriorPlus, require you to go to the product owner first. And that’s where the problems stem…

Here’s a comment from another review…

negative reviews about Kartel

Now don’t think this happens to everyone, but I thought it was something for you to see… in case…

Final Thoughts And Recommendations

I recommend Wealthy affiliate

Overall, I think this software is quite good for the price. It’s not the only one of its kind online, but it’s probably the cheapest you’ll find for now.

In-stream advertising is a real way to make money online, but because it’s used so much, your videos will need to have a “WOW” factor to get any attention.

People grow immune to them pretty quickly, and that’s why yours would have to be amazing!

I think of when I’m browsing through YouTube… I see these types of ads all the time and quickly click the “skip ad” button. And I’m sure I’m not the only one.

This software would be great for those wanting to get “their feet wet” with Google ads on YouTube. But to become truly profitable, you’ll have to be willing to spend a lot of time testing your ads to see what works and what doesn’t.

Is Kartel a scam?   No

Would I recommend it?   Yes, with 1st upsell

This type of software could also be a way to start promoting your own business if you’ve created any webinars or high ticket products.

It could add additional income streams to your already successful business.

Do you have your own business yet? A website, or YouTube channel?

If not, can I make you my sincere recommendation?

Any successful affiliate marketer will tell you that you need to have your own online real estate. Your website is your online business card. It’s how you let your audience know who you are and what you’re about.

Even Brendan Mace and Jono Armstrong have their own websites for their businesses.

If you’re truly interested in affiliate marketing and would love to create your own passive income, I’d love for you to come and see where I learned how to become successful, and where I run my business to this day.

It’s a highly respected platform that’s been around for almost 15 years. They’re a proven system by many of its members, myself included.

They have everything you need under one roof, with NO UPSELLS, lol. And you can start for free!

Click on the button below to read all about it. And when you join, I’ll greet you on the inside!
